Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to https://baresoft.net and paid software engineering work sold by Baresoft LLC ("Baresoft", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a service you agree to these Terms.

1. Company

2. Services

We sell scoped software engineering, including discovery, custom clients, routing work, ports, and retainers. Listed prices are starting points. A written confirmation by email is the order. We do not sell physical goods on this site.

Mihonator is software we are building. These Terms apply to any later license or access we grant for that software. Until a build is published, Mihonator pages are documentation only.

3. Accounts and the website

The website is public. There is no login. You may not scrape the site in a way that harms availability, or use it to send unlawful content to our email.

4. Payment

Fees are due as stated in the confirmation, in United States dollars unless we agree otherwise. Work starts after we accept the order. You are responsible for taxes that apply to you.

5. Client materials

You grant us a limited license to use materials you send, only to perform the work. You warrant that you have the right to share them. We do not claim ownership of your existing code or marks.

6. Deliverables

Unless the confirmation says otherwise, you receive the work product we deliver for that order. We keep tools, templates, and methods we already had. We may reuse general know-how that does not include your secrets.

7. Acceptable use of Mihonator

If we later provide Mihonator, you must not use it to break the law, to hide crime, or to attack systems you do not own or have leave to test. You are responsible for how you configure routing and what traffic you send.

8. Warranty and liability

The site and services are provided as is, to the extent law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that software will fit every environment. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order in the prior three months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The "Last updated" date will change. For an open paid order, the Terms in place when we accepted that order still apply to that order.

12. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Wyoming have exclusive venue, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
