Mihonator docs

Public installers are not posted yet. These pages describe the client contract so a later build can follow it.

1. Install the package for your platform when it exists.
2. Import a subscription URL, QR code, or deep link.
3. Connect the tunnel and keep routing rules local to the device.

Subscription responses can also send headers or the filterable list on Mihonator.
